After-sales service and support:

(1) One-year warranty for the whole machine (excluding wear parts and human-caused damage), lifetime maintenance;

(2) Relevant technical personnel will respond within 24 hours upon receiving customer service calls and handle them as soon as possible;

(3) Provide a complete set of technical support materials;

(4) Provide on-site installation guidance and be responsible for on-site equipment commissioning;

(5) Be responsible for pre-job operation and maintenance training for the client's personnel.

Site requirements

The actual footprint of the entire production line is approximately 3 meters * 25 meters. The workshop should reserve at least 6*30 meters of space for actual installation to ensure sufficient production and operation space.

Working Principle

The FIPP Thermoplastic Molding Liner Production Line is designed to manufacture continuous thermoplastic liners used in Fold and Form Pipe Rehabilitation technology. The production line processes thermoplastic materials into a flexible liner with a controlled folded profile. After installation inside an existing pipeline, the liner is heated with steam or hot water and expanded using air pressure until it closely conforms to the inner wall of the host pipe. After cooling, the liner retains its new shape and forms a tight-fitting pipe within the original pipeline.

Unlike traditional CIPP liners that rely on resin curing, FIPP liners are manufactured entirely from thermoplastic materials and require no resin impregnation or UV curing.
