Subtitle
Complete UV curing system for sewage and drainage pipes from DN150 to DN2000
Product Details
UV CIPP In-Situ Curing Pipe is a trenchless repair method that uses a fiberglass liner impregnated with UV-curing resin. The liner is inserted into the damaged pipe and cured using ultraviolet light, forming a new pipe within the old one. Danfix

How It Works
UV CIPP Pipe Repair Equipment
Working Principle
UV CIPP Pipe Repair Equipment is a trenchless pipeline rehabilitation system that restores damaged pipelines without excavation. The technology installs a glass fiber liner impregnated with UV-curable resin inside the existing pipe. A UV curing unit then passes through the liner, activating the resin with ultraviolet light to create a new, seamless structural pipe within the original pipeline.
Repair Process
1. Pipeline Inspection and Cleaning
The pipeline is first inspected using a CCTV inspection system to identify defects, pipe diameter, and rehabilitation length. High-pressure water jetting or mechanical cleaning equipment removes debris, grease, roots, and sediment to prepare the pipe for lining.
2. Liner Installation
The glass fiber liner pre-impregnated with UV-curable resin is pulled into the existing pipeline using a cable winch. Both ends are sealed, and compressed air expands the liner until it fits tightly against the inner wall of the host pipe.
3. UV Curing
A UV lamp train travels through the inflated liner at a controlled speed. The ultraviolet light activates the photoinitiators within the resin, causing rapid polymerization and curing. During the curing process, the system continuously monitors UV intensity, pulling speed, internal pressure, temperature, and curing progress to ensure uniform and reliable results.
4. Final Finishing
After curing, the liner ends are trimmed, lateral connections are reopened using a robotic cutter, and a final CCTV inspection verifies the rehabilitation quality before the pipeline is returned to service.
