The FIPP thermoplastic molding pipe production line is independently developed by our company. Utilizing PVC lining technology, it boasts advantages such as high ring stiffness, smooth inner wall, and low water flow resistance. It is suitable for the structural repair of concrete pipes, corrugated pipes, and various gravity flow pipelines.

Leveraging the material's properties of softening upon heating and solidifying upon cooling, the lining pipe can tightly conform to the original pipe wall, resulting in excellent molding performance. It is an ideal lining material for trenchless pipeline repair.

Product Details

The main raw materials are: modified PVC, calcium powder, and other auxiliary materials.

Equipment color: Milky white + blue or customized according to customer-provided color samples.

Pipe diameter: 300-600mm

Maximum output: 250-450kg/h

Total equipment power: ~320kw (including mixing machine power)

Actual power used: ~160kw (including mixing machine power)

After-sales service and support:

(1) One-year warranty for the whole machine (excluding wear parts and human-caused damage), lifetime maintenance;

Site requirements

The actual footprint of the entire production line is approximately 3 meters * 25 meters. The workshop should reserve at least 6*30 meters of space for actual installation to ensure sufficient production and operation space.
