Trenchless Spiral Winding Repair Method
This method involves transporting prefabricated profiled strips prepared in the factory to the construction site. Using a winding machine assembled downhole, the strips are spirally wound around the original damaged pipe (serving as the host pipe) to form a new inner pipe, thereby achieving repair of the damaged pipeline without excavation.
1. Pre-construction Inspection and Cleaning: Conduct CCTV (Closed-Circuit Television) inspection on the pipe to be repaired, followed by manual cleaning to remove sediment and debris.

Assemble the winding machine in an underground access point (e.g., inspection chamber). Feed the processed profiled strips and stainless steel profiles into the winding machine, starting from one end of the host pipe. As the winding progresses, a new inner pipe is gradually formed along the inner wall of the host pipe until the other end is reached.
3. Grouting:
Fill the annular gap between the inner liner pipe and the host pipe with high-strength grout to further enhance the load-bearing capacity and structural integrity of the inner pipe.

Trenchless Small-Diameter Expansion-Type Repair Method
The winding machine is assembled in an inspection chamber. The profiled strips are fed to the winding machine and spirally wound forward to form a liner pipe slightly smaller than the original host pipe. The liner pipe is locked tightly by interlocking fasteners on the strips. By pulling a pre-installed steel wire, the secondary fasteners are released, allowing the liner pipe to expand radially until it closely adheres to the inner wall of the original pipe. The winding machine at the inspection chamber maintains continuous winding during the expansion process to ensure seamless fitting.

Starting from one inspection chamber, the profiled strips are spirally wound into the host pipe. Relying on the inherent rigidity of the strips, the new pipe tightly adheres to the inner wall of the original pipe and advances continuously. The strips are bonded together via interlocking fasteners equipped with sealing rubber rings, which prevent leakage in the new pipe. This method can also embed pre-rolled steel bands within the liner to improve the ring stiffness and structural durability of the repaired pipe.
Trenchless Irregular Pipe Repair Method
This spiral winding repair method is also applicable to irregular-shaped pipes, such as oval or rectangular culverts. The profiled strips follow the pre-existing contour of the original irregular pipe, allowing the new liner pipe to advance continuously along the same path. Through grouting treatment, a new, structurally sound drainage pipe is formed within the irregular host pipe, restoring its functionality without surface excavation.
