How It Works

How Does Spiral Wound Lining Work?


Spiral wound lining uses a specialized winding machine to install a continuous PVC profile inside the existing pipeline.


The PVC profile is fed through existing access points and mechanically wound into the host pipe, where the profile edges interlock to form a new structural liner. Depending on the installation method, the liner is either expanded to fit tightly against the host pipe or stabilized by filling the annular space with structural grout.
